Agent Routecore is the data controller for personal data collected through agent-routecore.digital and through enrolment in our programmes. We operate from Bangkok, Thailand. What we collect
When you browse the site we may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers, as described in the cookies notice. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email, optional topic, and message. When you enrol we additionally collect billing details, company name if relevant, programme choice, and any accessibility or scheduling notes you volunteer.
Clinic artefacts should be stripped of other people’s personal data before you share them. If you accidentally send us production personal data, tell us immediately so we can delete it from studio inboxes and shared boards.
Why we process it
We use enquiry and enrolment data to answer you, issue invoices, run the programme, and keep alumni reading-list access for the period stated on the invoice. We use limited analytics cookies only if you accept them, to understand which public pages are useful. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry contents to train public models.
Legal bases, depending on your relationship with us, include taking steps toward a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a small teaching studio, and consent where we rely on optional cookies or non-essential communications. You may withdraw cookie consent without losing site functionality.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become enrolments are kept for up to 18 months so we can resume a conversation, then deleted from active mailboxes. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the period required under Thai tax and accounting rules, typically at least five years. Field Ledger access logs are kept for the access window plus 90 days. Alumni list membership lasts twelve months after a Bench Seat unless you ask to leave earlier. Cookie consent choices stored in your browser remain until you clear local storage or choose again.
Your rights
Subject to Thai personal data protection law and any other law that applies to you, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we no longer need it, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data you provided. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies or marketing notes at any time.
Send requests to info@agent-routecore.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or another supervisory authority competent for your location.
International transfers
Our studio and primary records sit in Thailand. Remote fellows, email hosting, and meeting tools may process data in other countries, including where a cloud provider stores backups. When we transfer personal data outside Thailand we use contractual safeguards and limit access to people who need it to run the programme. If you join a remote bench from another jurisdiction, your image and voice on the call are visible to other fellows in that session.
Processors and sharing
We share data with accountants, payment processors named on the invoice, and the meeting or file tools required to deliver a cohort. We share data if required by law or to protect the studio, students, or the public. We do not share clinic artefacts publicly. Steward Circle work remains within the named company team plus our facilitators.
Children
Programmes are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top will move. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes awareness of the new text. Enrolment privacy terms in force on the invoice date continue to apply to that enrolment unless a change is required by law.
