1. Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting an invoice from Agent Routecore, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not sit a bench.
We may revise these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated text. Material changes to paid programmes will also be sent to the email on the invoice.
2. Who we are
Agent Routecore is a training studio operating from Bangkok, Thailand. Contact details appear in the footer and on the contact page. This website describes programmes; it does not itself complete a sale. Informational prices on tuition become binding only when we issue a written confirmation and invoice.
3. Programmes and site content
Course descriptions, dates, and tuition figures are published in good faith and may change before confirmation. Recordings, workbooks, and the Signal Atlas companion are licensed for the enrolled individual or, for Steward Circle, the named company team — not for resale or public posting.
You are responsible for providing accurate enrolment details and for keeping production data out of clinic artefacts unless it is stripped of personal data. We may refuse or end a seat if a participant disrupts a cohort or shares another fellow’s materials without consent.
4. Intellectual property
The Agent Routecore name, the AR mark, site copy, Field Ledger notebooks, templates, and recorded clinics are owned by Agent Routecore or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your internal professional work during the access period stated on your invoice (or six months for Field Ledger unless stated otherwise).
You may not copy programmes for a competing school, scrape the site for republication, or present our contracts and worksheets as your product. Your own surface maps and warehouse excerpts remain yours. Anything you submit to a public alumni hour may be discussed by other alumni; do not submit confidential production data there.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to probe, overload, or circumvent this site, submit malware, harvest other users’ emails, or use studio channels for unsolicited selling. Automated scraping beyond ordinary search indexing is not permitted. We may block access that threatens the service or other students.
6. No professional warranty
Teaching Cross-Platform App Analytics does not constitute legal, privacy, accounting, or implementation advice. Methods discussed may not fit your regulatory context. Outcomes depend on your product, your stack, and your team. We do not warrant that SKAN, an MMP, and a warehouse will agree, nor that any metric will improve.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Agent Routecore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or the programmes. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you actually paid for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
8. Third-party services
Links to image hosts, fonts, or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Video calls for remote benches may use a third-party meeting tool named in your joining note.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility, timeframes, and non-refundable items are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms for paid programmes.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled according to our privacy notice. Cookie use is described in our cookies notice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from the site or from an Agent Routecore programme, are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you by law. We prefer to resolve complaints in writing at info@agent-routecore.digital before either party begins formal proceedings.
